    A little "blonde humor"

I received this a little while ago in an e-mail and I thought it was cute and you all might enjoy! I apologize in advance to Zippy and Niina! LOL!

The police department, famous for its superior K-9 unit, was
somewhat taken aback by a recent incident. Returning home from
work, a blonde was shocked to find her house ransacked and
burglarized. She telephoned the police at once and reported the
    crime.

The police dispatcher broadcast the call on the channels, and a
K-9 unit patrolling nearby was the first on the scene.

As the K-9 officer approached the house with his german shepherd on a leash, the blonde ran out on the porch, clapped a hand to her head and
moaned, "I come home from work to find all my possessions stolen,
I call the police for help, and what do they do? They send a
    BLIND policeman!"

    Was that a joke Sammi?
(Anyways, the blond thought the policeman who came to her house, was blind because he had the dog with him...)

Ok I figured it out but, I don't know about it being so funny. If the police officer is visually impaired he probably uses a tape recorder ( I had a boss who was blind and he took notes on a hand held computer of sorts) and is more sensitive to verbal sounds and could pick up on if the blonde lady was not telling all the facts. I bet another officer was locking up the squad car and he/she would do the finger printing.

Thanks for another great doggie story.

Uh Sammi, I don't think the police officer is visually impaired...the joke is it's a k9 unit officer so he took his dog up to the house with him and the blonde thought he was when in reality he was just taking his partner with him...

    It's a cute joke btw
