Swollen Testicles

I was just wondering if anyone could help me. I noticed today that my pittie Kosmo has swollen testicles. He keeps on licking them and he's favouring his bum. Yesterday he wasn't feeling well but he's better today, but his testicles are still swollen. If anybody knows what could cause this please let me know.

Just a little update. I took Kosmo to the vet yesterday, he has a tumor in his right testicle. The vet gave me pills for Kosmo to reduce the swelling which worked a few hours after taking them. He's booked for surgery on thursday to be neuteured and they are going to send his testicles away to see if the tumor is cancerous or not. I'm praying that it is not, the vet said that its common for this to happen and only a small percentage are cancerous. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and praying that it will all turn out ok.

its excellent he's getting nuetered! i am hoping for the best! as your vet said, most are not cancerous. keep us updated.
