Is this Normal?

Good Morning well it's early morning

Phoenix has a spot on his neck near his shoulder blade that has very little hair it's not bald and it' not red He's had it since i got him.
Sorry i don't have a Picture
It's about 1 inch and it''s not spreading i was just wondering if there's something i should look for.
It's not a hot spot but he has some dry skin and was wondering if that might be what it's from.
He does'nt scrach at it or anything it's just there.

If anybody could give me some advice i'd appratite it

umm I kinda understand what ya mean because my dog has this on her tail and she dosn't bite at her tail so i dunno either

Has he ever had vaccinations? I have heard of vaccinations leaving bald areas at the site of injection before.

Yes, He's had all this shots Rabies,5in1 and kennel cough maybe that's it.
When i brought him in the vets last time she notied it and did'nt seem to be worried about it she asked it he scrached or anything at it but that was it.
It does'nt seem to bother him so i think it might be from something like.
It just something that caught my attention.
