    Skye with Tink...

I wasnt really sure where to post this, but since its more about the cat I'll put it here...Well, we got Tink last week, and Skye is jealous, so whenever the puppy gets a new toy, Skye gets a better toy so she wont feel left out...She wants to do everything Tink does! She sleeps in Tinks bed, she guards Tinks water like its hers, and she also drinks it, Tink drinks hers too...I'm just afraid she will get too possesive...what can I do? She loves Tink, and Tink loves her, is she Really jealous, or is it protection because she loves Tink? I think maybe its both, but some help would be appreciated!

are you giving skye the same amount of attention your giving tink??? It sounds like a jelousy thing like, say your mom had another baby and the baby is getting alot of attention and now the baby want to go anywhere and eveywhere and it like you get jelous. I think it just a jelousy thing, even though they like each other skye is still hurt another 4 leg animal came in the house. My dog that past away 4 year ok did the same thing with t.j. they will grow to love each other and skye will get use to her. no worries just give lots of love to skye and make sure she isn't scratching tink
Thanks so much Ashley for the siggy!

Sounds like shes showing Tink whos boss around the house, it happened to my dogs we noticed some changes when for example we made a fuss of the older dog before the younger one when we came in from school or whatever, if she becomes aggressive towards the pup then you will definatly need to talk to a behaviourist
