    Shedding! 6 new gecko pictures

Thing 1 has been looking a bit bigger than Thing 2 lately, so I popped them onto the scale last night. Thing 1 weighs in at 8 grams. Thing 2 at 6 grams. Also, I thing I might have a boy and a girl, but it's still too early to know 100%. Thing 1 has been developing a small bulge while Thing 2 has not.

This morning, I noticed Thing 1 looked a bit gray. At first I thought it was just his day time color setting in, but then I realized he must be getting ready to shed. I've never witnessed this, so I excitedly grabbed the camera.

I also snapped a couple shots of Thing 2 so she wouldn't feel left out.

    Looking kinda gray

    Shedding Process Completed

Here's how Thing 1 looked last night.

Such a handsome boy - I love the 'yellow eye shadow' that covers his lashes and run down his ridge.

It's so nice to see "the Things" again

    How are they doing?

Do their personalities/attitudes change while they're shedding? My girls(Almond especially) are very grumpy, scared easily, etc while shedding.

    RIP Jasper. I can't believe you're gone.
RIP Tigger...I miss you every single day.

    very beautiful things! awesome creatures.

they seem so sweet, we're not suppose to handle them while they shed but things with great attitude.

rest and sleep softly sweet locke..
