    Nicknames and such

Okay so I have to ask this just to make sure I'm not the only one who could eventually becomes embarassed in public while talking to or about my dogs.

Does everybody else call your dogs by cutsey little things other then there names or variations of there names? I can honestly say that I do, I can't help it both of them just beg for it with their cute little faces and waggly (yes I relize that really isn't a word) little tails. Sometimes it gets so bad that I feel the need to stand up and say "Hi my names Tracy and I'm a nickname aholic!"

A couple of examples of the names I use:

Smudge- Smudgers, Smudgie, Smudgie Wudge, Smudge (only said with a sort of french accent), Chunk, uh Sir Smudgealot, Sweet babboo I can't believe I actually admitted to that one.

Winter- Wint, Winnie, Little Bit, Sweet pea, Lady Winter, Baby doll, freak, buttercup, muffin, princess (that ones more my dad...no he doesn't like her not one bit)

There are more silly ones that I call them but I don't think you guys really me to embarass myself, so I won't type them.

    Nicknames

Yes Tracy I am guilty to of calling all of my animals and other peoples ( I am a pet sitter) different names.

My cat Tatty Bogles gets called. Boggies, Tat and Bungles.
My cat Max gets called, Paxo, pick and mix etc.

Bunny the rabbits in the photo gets called Fi, Fi La Bum Bum ( that's her french name).

I to find animals cute and end up talking in little funny voices.

Kobie's nicknames include Kobester, The Kobinator (when she's all pumped up with fury watching someone walk another dog down the sidewalk), and Hobie-Cat (dunno how that one happened!).

Eli's main nickname is Booty (because of his wiggly little butt), with other ones as well--Big Man, Big Rig, and sometimes even Hooty Patooty! I accidentally called him that in a Petsmart once and this old guy just busted up laughing near me in the aisle. I spent awhile explaining that it honestly wasn't his real name!

Of course, mine have many, many nicknames. Some come up just once, others are used very often.

Dog Cookie: Spooky Cookie, Barga Hulu (Persian for peach leaf, although I most probably spelled it wrong), Lollipop, Babyhund, Falkor (after The Never Ending Story - the flying dragon), Joris.

Cat Rudie: Ritter Rudie Weissbrust (Knight Rudie Whitechest - when he's out protecting us from other cats and conquering the world), Lieverd, Schattekop.

Cat Eddy: Princess, Stinking Beauty (after leaving the litter box), Birdie (when residing on top of her cattree), Stinkemon (after Pokemon, because of her fishy breath), Kippie.
