Today is Sadie's birthday so I figured I would finally get around to posting pictures of her from our wedding/honeymoon. Having a new job and a fixer upper house has kept me too busy to do much else, but today is Sadie's day. She's 13, which worries me as I can see her slowing down.
Sadie was flowerdog at our wedding (April 2nd). She didn't actually do much for the role except pose but it made me happy.
For the honeymoon we drove across country and I hoped to meet Cincy'sMom in Ohio and WolfQ in Utah, but plans changed - my husband got sick with what we now figure was a viral infection. He's fine now, but our stop in Ohio was not at a dog park but at an urgent care place. With antibiotics we thought he'd be fine, but the altitude of the CO mountains landed him in the hospital for the weekend leaving us little time in Utah. So basically he didn't have a great honeymoon - but Sadie and I did.
