Unhappy my dogs are being bad to my cats!!

My cats are hiding and they are 2 years old but I got them a few weeks ago and before they just didn't really care that the dogs were there in my house and the dogs didn't care either. Now the dogs are doing things to my cats to make me pay more attention to them but I am paying attention to them, but not like before I got Ginger and Raisin my new cats!! The things my dogs are doing to my cats when I play with them like come running to chase the cat and scaring the cats and the dogs are like being weird because they had babies and then I had to take care of the babies and then I got 2 cats and so I just don't attention as much as I did before they had babies and I got my cats. I don't want them to feel like they are not as good as cinnamon and tucker or ginger and raisin!! what should i do!!
I love my pet puppies Sadie, Zach, and their puppies Cinnamon, Tucker and my kittens Ginger, and Raisin

You need to stop the dogs from chasing the cats right now. Keep the dogs on a leash or crated when they are inside. Or confine the cats to one area of the house while the dogs are inside. Make sure the cats always have an escape route. Don't leave them unsupervised for a minute.

My dogs killed one of my cats a couple months ago after years of peacefully living together. You don't want to go there. Even in play, a dog can kill a cat with great ease.

And get them all altered so they don't have any more babies.

your dogs are jealous of the attention given elsewhere so you need to start practising nilif immediately to show them their place in the pack AND to protect your cats.

It is a dogs prey instinct that makes them chase cats AND they will maul them to death, but that would be your fault. They are doing what comes natural and in their eyes, the cats are interfering in their territory.

Glacier is right, keep them leashed and get them altared, asap.

We have one dog who came to us as "cat safe", but was truly barely "cat tolerable". We worked consistently with the phrase "no kitty" anytime there was any interaction that could be remotely considered inappropriate. It took four or five months, but he is much more reliable than ever before. The reality with him, though, is we can never be sure he won't turn on them. Interactions are supervised and the cats always have a safe place they can go. It definitely helps thata I work from home, so someone could be with them most of the time to monitor their interactions.

I have done (and still do) what Glacier suggested. Back in November I found a dog. She didn't get along with my cats too well at first. I kept her on a leash in the house and kept her with me at all times. She quickly learned that chasing the cats was a big no-no. I have a baby gate and I use it to keep my dogs in the kitchen when I'm not home, this way I know they can't bother the cats. At night they all sleep either in their crates or baby gated in the kitchen.

By the way, I have a cat named Raisin too!
