Oops I made a big mistake at work yesterday: I forgot to email a client a report that he paid extra to receive yesterday. I don't know where my mind's at, I must've been here too long! I might not be here much the next day or two, I have a lot of work to do that I better get done!

I did email it when he called, but he threw a fit and ended up talking to the quality control manager. I think he smoothed things over, at least somewhat. I hope the day gets better!

{{{HUGS}}} I know what this feels like. When I do this, I tend to get so flustered over the first mistake that many others follow. Stop, take a deep breath, and stay focused. things will get better!

Thank you, I needed the hugs! I'm leaving now, to spend the evening with the kids at bible school (i'm helping with the games )- that should put me in a better mood for the evening. Here's to a better day tomorrow!
