I love watching the Panda Cam, I have a thing for cute furry black and white animals.
I had so much fun watching the last cub on the Panda Cam, it's fun to tune in again for a new little cutie pie!
All I can see on the camera now is the top of the momma panda's head so she must be holding the baby where we can't see it.

Our panda (at the National Zoo in DC) is just turning 4 weeks and the PandaCam shows him so much clearer now - his black and white markings are getting quite defined, it's awwww-inspiring for sure. Mama finally left him for a few minutes yesterday so the Dr's were able to give him a brief exam and verified he is a HE and he's healthy. He's noisy and nursing and I simply can't get enough. Chinese custom says babe's shouldn't be named until 3 mo. of age and that's about the time he will "go public". I can hardly wait

Hehe, I was just there on Monday! I got to see the Daddy (GaoGao) and his son, but the mother was SO close to birth that they didn't want her out where people could see her. But that's so cool! I got pictures of both, they're so cute! I'm mad I couldn't see the mama but that's okay! Pandas are so cute!
