my mom went to meet a lady from montana who was showing her Bernese Mountain Dog in the PCA show this weekend, well she took Blair with her and this lady could not understand why anyone would breed these dogs, why? because she thought they he was a "designer breed" like a great pyr mixed with a some sort of shepherd or somthing lol hate to break it to ya but pyrsheps have been around as long as the great pyrs have, they were bred side by side to work together lol AKC dies not fully recignize them though so I guess this would be news to her, but I still find it hilarious lol

That it is kinda funny, But I as well did not know that, I love learning new things, I bet she was glad to know after as well, as not to make the same mistake again....

lol most people assume he is a mix or have no idea what breed he is, the part I found funny was that she thought he was a designer breed like pyr shep was some made up name like goldendoodle or cockapoo.
