    Peek-a-Boo, where are you?:(

Peek-a-Boo is missing! My family and I took a trip together and she dissapered! We don't know where she went I have searched our whole neighborhood with Autumn! (Her sister) They both HATE the outdoors and we have contacted law enforcement, humane society, the veterinarian hospitals, and our neighbors! Autumn is bolistic, going our house meowing for Boo. I don't know what to do and what happened to our baby.

Our neighbors would never find her, unless she was dead, becuase she is such a good hider! I mean, look at her name! She finds the weirdest places! Oh I hope you come back soon Pee-a-Boo!

We would get another kitty, but, we don't know if Boo will come home (if she is even alive) if there is another kitty smell. What would you do?

I'd keep checking w/ your shelters & vet every day as you never know when she will show up.
Don't give up. Make sure you have fliers up around the neighborhood.

Keep some yummy smelly cat food out for her.

I hope she comes home soon.

I have read and seen on tv that cats usually hide very close to home, more like secure bushes in the next yard instead of the next block. Keep looking thoroughly within a small area of where you lost her, and I hope you find her soon, we wouldn't want poor Boo to have to defend herself!

Thank you very much. I look for her every night and afternoon, calling her name. I have just made posters that we are going to hang up around town.
Peek-a-Boo is probably so disoriented, we had a thunderstorm last night! She has shelter, there are many bushes around here, but, our town is building a Wal-Mart! Please, keep Peek-a-Boo in your prayers.

Peek-a-Boo has been found!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am SOOOOO happy!
My family was having a fire in our back yard, and we had been out there for an hour or so. My mom came outside and I heard a cat meow. I thought that it was Autumn meowing for her sister.
I asked my mom if Autumn just meowed and she said no. I told her that I heard a kitty meow, and it sounded like Boo! We went near our neighbors garage, and she kept meowing as we called her name!
I went up to our neighbors door and asked them if they had a cat in their garage. The husband looked at me and said,"We don't have a cat," My family then told him that we heard a cat in there, so the wife got a flashlight and we found her in a little corner!
Boo is amazingly brilliant! She survived 104 degree weather and a HUGE thunder storm! This was one week total that she has been gone! WOW!!
new mom to veiled, I think that your prayers just boosted Boo's voice, loud enough for us to hear her!
Thank you everyone for being here for us!!!!

    Steph, Jes, and Boo!!

Thank you to both of you! That is all right that you didn't post, I understand what you mean.

Peek-a-Boo was light before, but now I could lift her up with my pinky! What should I do now? We have food and water out for her,but she won't eat more than a cuple of bites! Boo doesn't seem to have any injuries at all. Just terrified to leave any of us out of her sight!!

Thank you all for keeping her in your prayers! She really needed it! Without them, I don't think that she would've made it! I knew that I can always depend on PT to help my family! THANKS SOOO MUCH YOU GUYS!! She is recieving all of the hugs she could imagine!

    Steph, Jes, and Boo!

ps. Boo only pays attention to the computer when I am on this thread!! She must know it's about her, and she is thanking all of you too!

    I'm so glad she's home

You may want to give her time and space with regards to eating. If she was locked in the garage for a week with little or nothing to eat, it may make her feel sick for the first little while. I know myself if I'm really hungry and havent eaten all day and scarf down a big meal at night I dont always feel so well after. Make sure she is drinking and give her 2-3 days to regain her routine.

    WELCOME HOME BOO
    YOU BRAVE KITTY

We make sure that she has her space and that we don't force her to do things she doesn't want to do.
Whenever my mom or I kiss her on the nosse, usually she licks it right after, and she didn't last night This morning when I kissed her she did. We were SO relieved!!-I hope that means that she is very close to being all right again
