questions about Lexie

ok well i was just noticing that when we first brought lexie home she was really good, and she barely went in the house and never went in her bed (which dogs are supposed to have an instinct not to go where they sleep) well as the week went by.. shes been going in ehr bed more, and having more accidents in the house.. is this normal for a dog to get worse?.. we're still giving her the same ammount of attention as before.. i dont see why she got worse

Maybe try not letting her drink any water before bedtime and let her outside at the last minute before going to bed and see if that helps.
