I haven't been in the mood to draw anything lately. I really wanted to actually 'finish' a drawing instead of doing all these sketches and never finish. I happened to like the one I did of Maggie....
The bg sucks. Didn't spend overly a lot of time on this, just wanted to do it.

I like the background too!! I love purple anyway, but it just seems to make Maggie's picture more intense!

The background really is perfect for your subject! I really like how you added some clouds, it gives the picture a hint of realisim. I love your style so much!

I can't wait to see Duke's!! The background is dark blue, right? I'm sure you'll make it beautiful. I'll be sure to publish it here, too. It's going to be so nice.

Those are neat!!! I wish I could draw like that! Do you post a thread for people to send in pics for you to make them, or do they just ask you?
