My Riley a month after rescue

Well, it's been a month since I got my Riley girl. She has only had one real noticeable growth spurt and is currently just shy of 40 lbs at 5 months of age.

I try and read the threads here while on break, or if it's really slow at work, but haven't posted any pictures since I first got her, so here they are:


This is my view almost everyday I come home. She loves to tear the bark off the trees in the back yard and bring it back to the door. She has also uprooted entire plants and brought them back.


Playing fetch with her favorite toy.


Emptying out her entire toy box looking for her "special" toy.

Hope ya'all enjoyed. I know I appreciate this board because it always provides a good break from my hectic work life. It's always nice to see everyones pets, sometimes there are sad threads and I always wish for the best whether I post or not, but overall I'm very glad to have found this wonderful place.

That indeed is a bad cuz. I got that "bad" one on purpose so that I knew it would be a devil of a toy. Luckily she only squeaks it while running. She does have a vinyl soccer ball that she squeaks non-stop.

Everything is great; I've been so proud of her. She is the world's biggest chicken, but we’re working on understanding that the world isn't as scary as it seems. We've been going on fairly long walks at the park to meet new dog friends and play...and burn off some extra energy.

Riley is GORGEOUS! What a happy little puppy. Her personaility sounds just like my Kiara's. She's scared of a lot but overall she's a very happy pup!

Do you know what breed/s Riley is? she has a gorgeous color and the "ruffles" on her ears are just too darling. Thanks for sharing her with us and hope to see more of you around here.
