I think Alexa and I are ready to open up our home again to another pup. Alexa has been browsing pet finder and ran into this little cutie. She called the foster mom yesterday and from the sounds of it she is perfect.

She is 2-3 years old. Super sweet, great with cats! The foster mom said that she is great with her foster kitttens and treats them as if they were her own. She even grooms the kitten!

She feels that her previous owners kept her as an outside dog as she was a matted mess when she first got her. She really wants to be playful, but she isn't sure how to play. So maybe no one ever played with her, she gets excited but then doesn't know what to do.

She is a little overweight, she weighs 22 lbs but needs to get down to 18, I'm sure with a few months of dieting and some walks (and maybe even learning how to play!) she can get there.

The foster mom is only avaliable on the weekends so we will be driving up to Phoenix on Saturday to go meet her. Keep your fingers crossed that everything will work out!
