Hi,
I have an account on DeviantART, and I have some photos that I wanted to post on there. BUT, my photos are extremely large, and I would like to make them smaller. I don't know how though. I would also like to add a black border to them, but whenever I do that, it always turns out really small, and I want like an inch-thick one. So, if anyone would like to resize the photos for me, or just tell me how, any help would be great!

I can do it for you. I am at work right now but you can pm me the pics and I will resize them and put the black border on them too.
