I am posting this for Tonya - Zippy kat she is pretty distressed right now over some things that have happened this week.
(more on that later)
Resident Senior Tinkerbell (13 this month) hasn't been well in the last couple weeks or so. The vet thought that it was a bladder or kidney infection. She hasn't been eating and what she has been eating she throws up, meds and all.
After a trip to the white coats they have found that she has advanced renal failure.

they've almost completely quit. All they can do is give her fluids under the skin and keep her comfortable.

She goes Monday for more(?) fluids. that might perk her appetite up a bit but the throwing up will get worse. She doesn't really have control of her bladder any more either."

--K'Cee has had a small area of pigment that has showed up on her nose a while ago. At first Tonya thought it was dirt but it won't wash off. She fears skin cancer, so K'Cee has a trip to the vet pending also.
--About two months ago, after a bad storm, Tonya was driving home from work and lo and behold she found a baby squirrel.
She bottle fed it and bonded with it and cared for it - preparing it for release. Squacky seemed to be thriving. Tonya went to class Wednesday nite and he was doing fine and came home 2 hours later and he had passed to the Rainbow Bridge. They are not sure what happened to him. But Tonya is devastated.
