    Pretty Poser/I did it!

    Doogie was perched so nicely by our couch that I had to take this pic. He's such a sweet kitty. Now to the I did it part. He wasn't a lap cat at all. I would carry him to my recliner and want him to sit in my lap and he would just jump down. So, I got his most favorite treat, Whiskas Temptations(have you smelled that stuff? It smells really good.) and have him in my lap. I have been working at this for about a week now. I just give him one little bite at a time and now I don't have to give any treats. He jumps in my lap any time he wants some lovin' and just purrs like crazy. I'm so happy to have a lap cat now!

    Here they both are looking out the window. I think they are so great together. Sometimes when Duke walks by him, he'll give him a quick kiss on the nose. It's so sweet.

    OMD, just look at that sweet boy. Concatulations on turning him into a lap cat. Do you think you could swing by my place and work your magic on Max and Speckles??

    btw, that picture of Doogie and Duke deserves to be in a calendar. How sweet it is!!!

    Wow, great technique! I will certainly have to try that with CJ. I so miss having a kitty in my lap the second I sit down.

    Doogie is as adorable as ever and I think either he thinks he's a dog or Duke things he's a cat. I just can't believe how good they have gotten along right from the git-go.
