Poor boy. Unfortunately you hear that a LOT around here. That shelter is really sad too. Crowded, noisy, no space, and unfortunately a high euthanasia rate. I hope Sparky finds a home. The only other thing I will say is that the Burlington County Animal Alliance (a seperate rescue agency) does a wonderful joy and does take a lot of re-homeable (is that a word?) dogs out of that shelter and puts them in foster homes. Those ladies do a great job. It looks like Sparky was just turned in yesterday, and since he was a surrender he is available today. Hopefully he is on his way to a new home right now.
