    Angry Puppy School

Well I found out some info on puppy school and I am putting my Sadie in the sessions starting in June. I have no doubt she will learn fast. Within a day I had taught her to "shake a paw"...it started out as a game and then I thought, "ok, lets try this" and bang, she is quite the smart puppy ... now if only she'd stop digging holes and stealing clothes

It will happen in time mate. Once the training gets under way and she starts learning a few commands, you will find the hole digging will become a lot less. There are several things you could do though. Make sure there are things in the back yard to keep her entertained, like kongs etc. Also perhaps a dedicated digging area, like a sand pit. My backyard looked like Beruit, before Oggy got out of the digging stage.

Dogs are not our whole life, but they make our life whole

thanks for the info. I will definately be giving my puppy her own digging pit. This was mentioned by a few other people from the group. It's a great idea! it's just a matter of figuring out where....I have a daycare and so it needs to be out of the way of child play. Anyway's, sure hoping training or growing up will get her away from that habit. Thanks
