you know it wasn't all that hard. wrapping the pole with sisal was a huge pain. It took us about 2 1/2 hours to wrap that pole. Basically all it is, is a 2inch x 2inch x8foot pole wrapped with sisal and stapled. It is braced to the floor with a piece of carpet covered wood. and 2 regular shelves you can get at the building supply store covered in carpet and attached to the walls with brackets. The pole is actually attached to the lower shelf. We cut out the size of the pole after it was cover with sisal and wedged it in there. put a screw in it and that was it. Once the sisal was finished the other stuff was a piece of cake.

As for part 2 and 3 of this project. I think that will be much more difficult. Will post pics when we get the next section done.
