    A stunned baby bird....

    this little guy flew into my patio door this morning......


    Isn't he cute?

    he was 'stunned' for awhile, and I was afraid the cat would eat him, or Fizzy would be 'too curious', so I put him up high on the platform of my son's old swingset.....



    He stayed there all morning, but slowly got to his feet and lifted his head to watch me....

    a few seconds after this photo - he hopped off the rag I'd wrapped him in and flew off to the treetops!
