Brushing???

i just wanted to know how often people brushed their dogs. i brush foxy once a day and sometimes even twice.

whenever the mood strikes...at least twice a day, but MAXIMUS is always in the mood....he just loves it...

I rarely brush my 2, only time they really get brushed is after a bath.

I only brush my dog out once every 3 weeks. but once he starts feeling like crap,, i can brush him out all i want.. and he'll feel like crap again 10 minutes later... so i just give him a quick brush out,, and then give him a bath and rebrush him while blow drying.. and hes set for another 3 weeks.

possible times they could get it: right before breakfast, after their daily run in the field (usually), or if they get some dry mud on them - brushes right out of their coats.

lets see I brush Happy when her coat looks or feels like it needs it, I generally aim for once a week or so, but she HATES getting brushed. Misty I rarly brush, she does not shed much at all and her coat is to short to mat lol Ripley, almost never. Perky, lots in the spring, usually before she does a freestyle preformance she gets a full groom. and Blair, I brush him whever I brush Happy because he LOVES being brushed, if you mention anything to do with grooming him or another dog he runs to the grooming kit and starts pushing it with his nose like "come on! hurry up! start brushen!" lol plus I think my mom brushes him every night

I brush my Bichon FizzGigg at least once a day some times teice if I dont he will matt horibly! I also brush my pug and boxer once a day after I am done Fizzy.

Whenever I have the brush in my hand. Autumn maybe 3 times a week, Pepper rarely ever. They both have longer hair on their legs and stomach, but it rarely gets tangled or dirty. As for our concern with shedding, Pepper doesn't shed and Autumn isn't gonna stop until we brush her bald.

Peej gets brushed when he gets groomed. If we try to do it, things get ugly in a hurry.

Bailey gets brushed every day because she sheds enough to make a new dog every day.

Nanook gets brushed every 1-3 days, depending on how much he is shedding, if he gets wet or dirty, etc..

Raustyk gets brushed about every other time I brush Nanook, like every 4-6 days or so.

I brush Tango about 2-3 times daily usually. The other 2 don't really need bruhing so I just rub them down with a hound glove a few times a week.

when he has his hair, at least once a day for 10 minutes. . when he's shaved, rarely
