I'm missing the Green day concert :'(

UGH, my parents are way to fricking protective.

I have been waiting to go to the Greenday concert for months but now my parents said that I'm not allowed to go

I feel like going anyway and pretending I'm at a friends house or something...but I won't.

I'm SO dissapointed, and I'm sick of them protecting me over every little thing. They tell me what I can wear, who I can be friends with and what I can do.

Your parents are just looking out for you. Trust me, you'll miss that kind of thing when you're older. I know I do lol

i know how you feel. it's not all bad though.

it's wonderful that you are not sneaking out anyway. that, i'm sure, would get you in LOTS of trouble. maybe by the next concert they will let you go.
