Shadow "T" (and the "T" is for TROUBLE!)......

Shadow is quite the adventuresome little fellow, and boy does "TROUBLE" (with a capital "T", and capital "R-O-U-B-L-E" too!) suit him for a middle name!

So far the past two days he has managed to climb over the baby gate separating the living room from the kitchen; go exploring through the kitchen and up the stairs to my son's bedroom and old "toy room", which is actually where Angel's litter box has always been kept; chase Angel incessantly through the house and around the chairs; pick on Sandi and Oreo (our dogs); climb the curtains and pull down the sheer curtains behind our drapes in the process; climb up onto the recliners; attack a roll of toilet paper, shredding some of it in the process; jump into Sandi's and Oreo's water (in a dishpan used specifically as their water bowl); crawl under a recliner and almost qet "squished" in the process; attack any feet and/or hands that he happens to see, any time he happens to see them; attack a sock and kill it (not while it was on a foot); attack his toy mice and kill them, repeatedly; chase the ball around the turbo track endlessly; and find hiding places to sleep so that when he's really, really quiet, we can't find him easily and have to keep looking and looking to make sure he isn't under one of the recliners when we sit down, etc., etc., etc.!

It's hard to believe that just 17 days ago life in our house was so boring and uneventful and tedious!

ROFLOL!!! Isn't it wonderful? Isn't it amazing how much TROUBLE one little ball of fur can make? Why is it that the worse they behave the cuter they are and it just makes you love them even more?

Well, you should sleep good tonight! Of course, that is if Shadow lets you.

Yes, he's stolen our hearts in the process! He woke me up just a little while ago, and is playing hard now, after eating and using the litter box. He's attacking Angel, and a few minutes ago he attached himself to my jeans leg as I was walking across the living room---he just gets dragged along the carpet when he does this, but do you think he'll let go? NoOOOOOoooooo----not until he's good and ready to let go!

OUCH! The little sh$t just bit my foot!

PPS: Watch wearing shorts! You'll end up with "battle scars" once your legs are exposed!

Have you tried to clip his nails yet? I'd try now and get him used to the concept early on so he doesn't fight you as he gets older.

Yup...gave up some of those 'luxuries' years ago when the invasion started here lol!My lovely lace curtains on the French doors upstairs ended up shredded to tatters, so I outsmarted the brats, and switched to 'lace' contact paper...which does the trick. Everything becomes a playground for the monkeys, so give up while you're ahead. No pictures? Cute little monster baby. Love the word "Kittenize" MCM!

He got his nails clipped at the Vet.'s on Thursday. I'm taking pictures with my 35 mm camera, as I don't have a digital camera at this point. When I get them developed, I'll definitely be posting them. He is quite the little terror! (Maybe the "T" should stand for "TERROR" instead of "TROUBLE"; or maybe "TORNADO" or "TYRANT", etc., etc., etc.!
