    wisconsin update

ok change that wisconsin is trying to pass that bill and cat lovers are trying to stop it there are however a few other states that already have a bill and that means if your cats walking around outside someone can shoot it legaly because it was roaming even if its in your yard!! i hope they stop this soon though

If this law,is passed,it would have to be Sray Dogs, and Cats, that are in the wilderness, not in the suburbs. but these Feral Animals, are pretty cunning, and will not make easy teargets,if they ahve been born,in the wild.Sadly frustrate Hunters, may turn,to House Pets, outside, and that cannot be allowed.I would ate,to take that someome, could shoot Scratchy,Scrapette,or the Poor Cats, that visit here, for food, and petting.

I am glad to hear that but what IDIOT came up with that to start with? He needs to be shot when see wandering around in the woods! There are BETTER ways to controll the stray cats population than declaring it open season on them!

That's a whole new can of worms that I don't think they need to even think about opening.. Got a beef with your neighbor? Shoot his cat, take off the collar and throw it away and it legal!
