Azaleas

One a year I have flowers in my yard. They only last a few days, but they are SOOOOO pretty.





And these are going wild in the back yard. Weeds, I assume. Does anyone know what they are?

Beautiful azalea! They are my very very favourite plant. I just love the time that they are all out. Looks as if you are about a fortnight ahead of us, my azaleas are only in bud at the moment.

I'm afraid I don't know what the blue flower is.

We have some pretty azaleas too! We have the variation you have and then a solid pinkish. They're surrounding our large oak tree. Very pretty flowers, the bee's LOVE them though and i always forget to take pictures until after the winds blown them all off.

Whatever the pretty blue weeds are, they will be gone this week end. The back yard is knee-high in weeds of all sorts and needs to be cut.

(Maybe I should transplant them; they're the only other thing I seem able to grow!)
