    Uh Oh....we found a lump!!

While brushing the kitties this weekend, we found a lump on Fluffy's right shoulder. Being that he is our elder, we have had him for 16 years now, we have made a vet appointment for this afternoon.

Keep your fingers & paws crossed that its nothing and our big guy will be ok. Will let you know what the vet says..........

I found a small lump on Speckles' neck and immediately took her to the whitecoats. Turned out to be a fatty lump. It's still there but has not grown any and doesn't seem to bother so I'm not worried about it.

Prayers on the way that it's not something serious.

Peanut has a few small lumps scattered around. The vet said they are nothing to worry about - similar to a mole on people - and older cats are prone to them. Hopefully the same is true for Lucky!

    Back from the Vet's!!

We are back, and gosh, you guys were right!! She is calling it "fatty tissue" and we are just going to keep an eye on it to see if it gets bigger or not. Whew! It always seems to be something, doesn't it?!

Fluffy is now a slim 16.9 lbs (compared to the 19 lbs he was last summer) It looks like his "light food" is making him a little lighter!

Of course there had to be an embarrasing moment too...... The big guy let loose with his anal glands...... Ok, so he's getting old & senile!!

Thanks again everyone, Fluffy is now home and his brothers are sniffing him. Everything is back to normal!!
