    Babies Are Here!!!!

    My beautiful girl Maggie just gave birth to 3 beautiful babies sired by Austin... unfortunatly one of the babies is a peanut. A peanut is a kit born with the double dwarfing gene and is half the size of a regular kit and they sadly die after 2-4 days.... they CAN live but it is extremely rare.... Anyways on to the pics...

    YAY! Baby Bunnies!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll be thinking of tiny Peanut and praying he/she pulls though!

    Can't wait to see them grow up! I'm expecting babies tomorrow... hehe

    YAY! Awww....they are soooo cute! You have to keep us updated Amanda, expecially on the peanut as well! He'll always be the greatest, almost always the smallest or most odd always have the best temperments and out look!

    I'm not sure what colours the babies are yet. Should know in a couple more days. They might be torts like Austin, but they look a little too dark.

    Just a note, the babies are all doing fine so far. Maggie fed them and they are all snuggled up in the nest all comfy cozy sleeping soundly.

    I've never seen rabbits so young before. They remind me of baby rats, but wrinklier and with bigger ears. So cute! I hope the peanut makes it.
