    How to keep up morale

    Its very important to provide employees with the essentials in order to maintain a good working enviroment. The following are some simple rules to follow

    Provide employees with desks along the windows whenever possible.


    Of course, management gets their own window office


    Once the office and desk locaton is set, its very important to provide all employees with ergonomic seating


    It is also vital to provide insentive programs like bonuses or special in-office treats


    It is advisable to keep employees chins up


    If you follow these few simple rules, you'll have employees eating out of your hands.

    Hmmm...maybe I should send this to my HR department...
