18 huskies in Louisiana to be PTS on the 11th...

CAAWS took in from the Vermillion Parish Shelter. If anyone you
know if interested in a husky, please pass this on. They are
gorgeous dogs with great dispostions. Both are males.
One is 5 and the other 6. Both are AKC registered and have their
certificates. They are available for adoption through CAAWS.

These 2 are only a small example of what they still have at the
shelter. Again, the deadline for the 14 remaining dogs is 7am on
Monday morning on April 11th. This shelter is open 7 days a week
from 7a-4p.

Please help spread the word about these animals and pray for some
adoptions on Saturday. If we have some adoptions and have kennel
space open up, we can go back to Kaplan on Sunday and save a few
more. Or if you know anyone interested in fostering, please let us
know. (email [email protected] for info on fostering)

The shelter is willing to hold them for a few days if you give them
a commitment.

Six of them have now been claimed by various rescues. Husky Haven & some other husky people are working to pull the rest of them. There are 12 left who still need help.
