    We're Jinxed!

Well everything is going wrong as we’re trying to get ready for our vacation. First off, Porch was in the hospital 3 days last week plugged at both ends, and still seems to be having the problem. Good thing he’s being boarded at the vets while we’re gone! Bo seems to be getting sick with major allergy problems, so I need to get her to the vet. Of course there are the on-going problems with Hazel, who will also be boarded at the vet. Then the garbage disposal broke, and this morning I had car problems. Are the cats voodooing us so we don’t go? UGH...the stress of it all!

Well now I'm without a vehicle, have to get Bo to the vet, and have to pickup Vanna after surgery. I'm sure they'll keep her overnight for us at no-charge, but I'll have to find a way to get my precious Bo in. Hopefully my car will be finished this afternoon, and luckily it didn't quit on me in the middle of the road!

Oh geeze, Lisa, don't you hate how stuff like this happens at the worst possible time? It's like it makes going on vacation so much work that you just don't want to go at all! However, you're not leaving until sometime next week, right? So don't panic, you've still got plenty of time and just take one thing at a time and it will all work out.

Boy it does, but maybe it happens to make you enjoy the vacation that much more! It's just all so stressful when it's going on. Bo's allergies are kicking in at high speed and I don't want to leave her without her allergy shot. Even though the vet tech will be petsitting, they don't know our babies like we do!

I hope this isn't what they mean by "the luck of the Irish"!

Thanks Corinna! UGH..they're keeping the car overnight which really puts me in a bind since I need to take Bo in for an allergy shot, pickup Vanna WhiteCat, and take Hazel for her fluids. Kevin just might have to try and take a little time off work (which isn't easy since we're taking so much time off for the vacation).

Lisa, I am so sorry that everything seems to be going wrong right now.
Take a deep breath, let out a big "SIGH" and think positive thoughts, that all will be well again before you have to leave on your vacation.
