How did you find Petoftheday???

I found pet of the day doing a search on google.com when I typed in "cat grass". I was researching a new type of kitty grass I wanted to get the kitties, and I wanted to be positive it was as safe as its claim. Several pages into the research, I came across the main web page for Petoftheday. I started looking at the Cat of the day picture, and reading the story. It was late, so I was mainly just snooping around reading posts and such. I was so amazed at all of the nice kind people, who loved their pets and all pets as much as I do. I was just a lurker for about 1 or 2 months, but then I finally decided that I should post. I did, and never stopped
How did you find Pet Talk, and what made you continue to visit?

My nephew had a link on his web-page to "dog-of-the-day". I checked that out, found Pettalk, and...... the rest is history

My daughter Missy (sirrahsim) told me about the pretty cat of the day. So, I bookmarked it and would look at the new kitty each day for awhile. I noticed the link to "Talk" one day and tried it out - joined and started talking Then I told Missy about the Talk part and she joined. We have both been blabbing for about 1 1/2 years now!

My good friend Jen Luckenbach told me about it when I updated her on Pouncer - he was a tiny boy only 7 months old. I came here to post about my boys, and the rest is history for me too!

I found Cat of the Day through a Google search on "cat pictures". I looked at the cats for years before I realised there was a Pet Talk. It was when my mum's cat was picked for Cat of the Day that I first looked at Pet Talk.

One of my coworkers had received an email from someone he used to work with whose bird was the Pet of the Day. I took notice of the site address and went in to look at all the pets.
Since I had just adopted my sweet little Julie, I sent in her pic and on Feb 19,2004 I had a pleasant surprise...my wee Julie was the Cat of the Day (She is a more mature, plush kitty these days.)
I sent in Buddy's pic too, but he has never made the Dog of the Day yet.

I was already a member of Burnerkitty.com and was going thru some of the pictures and saw a few with Pet of the Day across the pic...and then checked out the link.

AOL has (or at least used to years ago) have a pet &/or dog of the day which I would look at everyday. Well one day I miss-typed it in the search bar & this came up.
