Huge disappointment.....

I did not get the ferret companion for Ferra tonight. I took her up there to meet with him, and make sure they got along. Ferra was great, acted like a perfect princess.. BUT he on the other hand hissed at her, and then again hissed at her and bit her on her cheek. So I did not feel comfortable adopting him. I will be looking into getting a tiny baby, (8 weeks old) tomorrow. I saw one tonight at the petstore and he was SO adorable, and small enough that I could feel confident in letting them play together.
Her ferret was Sable, very very handsome, BUT WAY larger than Ferra, and if he wanted to, he could really cause damage to her. So I had to sadly pass on getting the big fella. I sure wish this (him) would have worked out. Pray for me to find a PERFECT companion ferret for Ferra, I think she is lonely and wants a buddy. Thank you all for listening

I'm sure you will get her a friend soon mate, but in any relationship, it's important to get the right partner.
