What a great idea, thanks Chelsea.

I don't have a pic, but here's the story I got this morning:

"Can you possibly foster an eight-month old pit bull puppy? This little guy was found at a car wash in my neighborhood, and is literally skin and bone.

The car wash guys want to keep him, but they don't have a clue. I had to bring the dog blankets, wet and dry food, and a heat lamp yesterday and explain to them for the tenth time why he can't stay tied to a fence, 10 hours a day in the cold wind, while their business is open.

I can go and get him - and probably will - this puppy is 100% - clipped ears and everything. He is very, very sweet, brindle with a white chest and paws.

I'm afraid that being half-starved isn't his only problem, as his coat is shiny. You know these guys aren't going to spend money on a vet, and the owner told me he wants to fight the dog.

Can you help?"

wow, I love the title of this! I wouldn't have posted, but we actually went to the SPCA today and I am in LOVE with this boy... I promise he is 100 times cuter than his picture!

he has this big puppy eyes and he was so sweet and gentle and kissy. he kept placing his paws on my lap, and he was so quiet even though all the dogs around him were barking loudly

.. and I heard some people walk by saying "eww, isnt that a pitbull?!". ugh. he's a wonderful dog anyway, he deserves the best home ever. His names Rusty, he is still a pup but very sweet
