I am so happy, I am starting to learn how to use PSP, and I made my first siggy today! Its not that great, I know, but I am proud of myself.

I refreshed the page like 100 times and now I see it, I agree with Jadapit, you wouldn't even be able to tell

it nice but what does it say? lol my computer screen is very dark and even highlighting the pic I cant see what the heck it says lol
