No, only at school. The only PSP one is the bunny in my siggy, and I'm still learning, but I might be able to help you anyway. What are your questions?
I mostly use Microsoft Picture It! Publishing, I love it! When we cleared our computer and I lost it I bought it on Ebay for around $10.
