your statement makes about much sense as the original question... it doesnt explain anything to those of us who have never seen her dog... I mean,, if its a toy type dog,, then yeah,,, duhh,,, it should be small still,,,, BUT,, if its a larger breed and still,,, SMALL... (whatever that means to the original questioner) then there may or may not be a growth problem...
