    Beautiful Kihei, your story touched me so very deeply this morning. What loving and wonderful guardians you have been rescued by, to be brought back to health and vigor from such a sickly and weakened state. I was so very sad that your sister, Coloda, did not make it . There are some homes that have no business getting pets, and then there are homes like that of your wonderful adoptive family now, a haven and paradise for very special pets like you . Your people are surely your angels on Earth Kihei. You are a healthy and beautiful girl now. Just looking at your face, your eyes shine with good health and contentment. I hope you have an especially wonderful day today Kihei, doing all the sleeping, eating, basking and playing that you so much enjoy . Congratulations on being our VERY special Pet of the Day!

    Dear, beautiful Kihei! I was hearbroken, utterly heartbroken when I read of the unspeakable abuse you and your sister Coloda were subjected to. It is simply incomprehensible and unforgiveable, such treatment of poor, defenseless, innocent creatures I'm so sorry that your sister Colada didn't make it No doubt she is now one much beloved Gecko angel, gracing the Rainbow Bridge with her spirit! But thank goodness your earthly guardian angels were able to rescue you from those horrors, restore you to good health and give to you the life you were always meant to live...one filled with love, care and devotion! From your glorious photo it's clear to see you are now one healthy and happy, much cherished Gecko girl! It was an honor to meet you this day, beautiful, brave Kihei! I wish for you many, many more happy and healthy years with your wondeful humans Congratulations Kihei, our most inspirational PET OF THE DAY!     It makes me sad to think of the abuse you and your sister took.
    I'm glad you have a wonderful home and family now.
