Today my Nala girl turns 2. Two whole years.
Not only has she been with us since 8 weeks old - she's grown soooo much.
I still remember the day we got her completely.
My dad and I went to the Humane Society on a half day of school - it was one of our usual trips. I really wanted to bring my digital camera but the batteries were dead. Nala was with a bunch of her littermates, the smallest, skinniest, and lightest in color.
I can remember how she sat perfectly in my lap on the way home. And how she got hiccups.
I had NO clue my dad was going to let me take home another dog, let alone a puppy! She was my very first puppy, as Simba was completely grown out of the puppy stages when we got him.
When we got home Simba was pissed. Now they're best friends.
I don't know what i'd do without my horsie girl. She has such a loving personaility and thinks EVERYONE is here just for her.
She's so goofy and makes everyone laugh.
