**I don't know if either of these will work for you. It seems as though there are plenty of hosting services, but the size is usually limited to 5 - 10 MB. Good luck

You can host a file up to 1 GB. The only thing is that this site only hosts your files for 7 days, but that should be enough time to get people to download your video if that's what you're planning to do. I along with plently of other people use this site and it works great. Just send the file to your own e-mail address or whoever and there will be a link provided to you where you and others can download your files.
