It's my mums birthday soon and i want to do something special that shes wanted ever since her dog died, i want to get this done for her from a photo but i can only find sites for USA and not UK can anyone help?

There was a woman from England that was new and posted a few months ago - her work was very good, but I can't remember her name. i'll look back in the posts and see if I can find it.....
