    Redear Slider

    Good afternoon everyone!
I wanted to thank everyone again for their advice on turtles. Atticus is my very first turtle and boy am I learning alot. For a while he really wasn't eating. I didn't know why. I fed him but he took no interest in it. So like all new mothers I panicked I have given him several types of food (including crickets, of which I am not fond) but he didn't like any of them. Luckly I saved the very first bottle of food I had ever given him and I saw it said 'baby'. I thought maybe that makes a difference. Well long story short, it did. He's eating now and my nerves have calmed I just had to share the good news! I feel horrible that I didn't notice this earlier but I guess that's why they say 'live and learn'. Thanks again. Take care.
