Camera Help

Okay. I'm trying to unload some pics I just took onto my computer and nothing happens. I plug in the camera to the computer, turn the camera on and then a small window pop up like always which says retrieving device contents... then nothing happens! I've tried so many times but nothing happens... Any ideas on what the problem might be?

It seems to be working now.
