Does your flag have any symbolism attached to the colors or symbols?

    ------------------------------------

The American Flag has 50 stars whichc symbolize the 50 states, star for each state, on a field of blue which represents a new "constellation", the 13 stripes represent the original 13 colonies.

Red is for valor, white for purity and blue the color of heaven.

    ---------------------------------------

The Cal Flag was was a makeshift flag, first flown over a captured Mexican fort in California.

The star represents Polaris, the north star and the bear represents State senator Barbara Boxer. A mean, not to bright person....Just kidding....The Bear represents an animal indigenous to the state.

The colors were the ones that were available to the person who designed it.

    ----------------------------
    The Mexican Flag

Is tri colored. The green represents the wealth of the country's resources, the white represents the purity of the people, and the red represents the blood spilled to become a country.

On the white field is an eagle, with a snake in it's beak, is perched on a cactus.

    It represents the Aztec legend-
The aztec people would find their land by looking for an eagle eating a snake while on a cactus.
