    A thread for Maggie Sue

    A while back a few of you requested some pictures of Maggie Sue and I'm finally getting around to it.
    Maggie Sue is the only surviving kitten from her feral litter. She has the "tortietude" for sure! She is our most vocal cat in the house. She growls like a dog most of the time, but she and I have conversations daily. I walk into a room and she starts talking. She would converse for hours if I had the time. She loved her daddy until almost three years ago when he took her to the vet to get spayed. She has never ever forgiven him and won't let him anywhere near her. So the girl can hold a grudge!!!
    She loves her meowmie and I love her. She likes to be brushed, scratched, rubbed, and mostly talked too. Just don't pick her up! She doesn't like any cat in the house but she is becoming a little more tolerant as she ages. She and Stubby are arch rivals and always battle for Queen. They can not pass each other without exchanging paws and growls. *groan*
    She really is a sweety if she likes you.

    She is beautiful. Her personality sounds like my calico, Ginger's. We can actually carry on a conversation with Ginger.

    What is it with those torties, lol?! Bownie also does the growling like a dog thing. Whenever she hears somebody in the stairway, she runs to the door to the hall and growls.

    Maggie Sue is stunning!!

    She seems to be a bit like Emma, as Emma loves to be brushed, scratched...etc also, but NEVER picked up

    Yep, thats my Maggie Sue! She growls all the time. Sometimes we can't figure out what she's growling at! It must be a tortie thing.

    I am learning more and more that my Tortie girl, Amber is an exception to the tortitude rule! I have never heard her growl. LOL! Well, Maggie Sue is absolutely the most gorgeous girl, and she did come from a feral background. Even though my feral girl Marmy loves to be petted, you don't DARE pick her up. Gosh, I hate that Maggie Sue has turned against her Daddy all from one trip to the vet ... geez, I hope Mommy doesn't ever have to take her! Lisa, she is gorgeous, thank you so much for sharing her beauty so we can all Drooooooooool today!
