What a fun day we had (lots of pics!)

Yesterday we decided to take a little road trip and visit our good friends Robin, Alden, Katie and Tori. Boy what a great day we had!

We were going to take all the dogs for doggie day care, but my dogs hadn't been evaluated yet and the lady that runs the place had an emergency so we weren't able to leave them. But luckily they did get to run around and meet a couple of the other dogs and play for about 20 minutes or so.

So now what do we do? Katie doesn't care for other dogs and we have no place to go! Well of course we brought them all back to Robins and they took turns going out and coming in. I do feel really bad for Katie who spent most of the time in her crate or outside by herself (luckily she is an awesome dog and didn't seem to mind too much). But all in all things worked out well.
And the main reason they worked out so well.....Alden was our dog sitter He had the day off and stayed home with the pups so Robin and I could go do a little running around and have some lunch! What a great hubby she has (thanks again Alden)!

Of course they all had a terrific time, expecially Tori and Bon. I tell you, those two really just love each other. Except for when they would take an occassional nap, they were constantly playing with one another! They are just so much fun to watch.

And for the very first time every I actually got to do a little lovin' on Tori (she's never usually still enough for me to do that because she's the energizer bunny).
And I got some never before seen by me pictures of her sleeping
What a total sweetie pie!!!!


Think you could leave me alone aunt Anna, I'm trying to sleep.

Needless to say, Bon was a little wore out too!

I know!! What kind of dog is Bon?? He is one big pup! That's so neat they all got to play with Katie and Tori too! Huney and Roxy are just gorgeous too!

Ohhh, Anna, the pictures are wonderful!!! You got some really good shots. I have to tell you that I love the pics of me and Katie. I don't have very many pics of me with my pups and I think Katie just looks awesome in the ones that you took. She looks so big! Is she really that big in person..lol. I never think of her that way. Ohhh, and those shots of Tori sleeping are so precious. She sure was lovin' up to you, wasn't she?.....lol. Both of my girls love ya to pieces. They know a good and sweet lady when they see one. I have to tell you that I'm glad the doggie day care didn't really work out yesterday because I loved having all the pups at my house. That was such a thrill for me! Yep, doesn't take much to make me happy. I just absolutely love your pups and love watching them all together. Thanks so much for saying that Katie is an awesome dog. I know she is my "special needs" girl being a big "B" like she is with the other dogs but I really was proud of the way she didn't seem to mind being in her crate and rotating turns outside. I'm so mad at myself because all those times she was loving on you and even trying to tackle you a few times..lol..I didn't get a single picture of you guys. Shame on me!! I had a great time yesterday and most of all I just really enjoyed hanging out with my very best friend.

He is an English Mastiff.

He sure is. He should top out somewhere around 200lbs give or take. Right now he's 100lbs. so he's going to double in size

Robin I'm so happy that Alden was there to take care of them for us and it was amazing that Katie was such a good sport about things! Angus would have never been that good I'm glad that Bon didn't tear down you house while playing with Tori
