    PROOF: Josie is a DaddyCat's Girl!!! (pics)

    For those of you that don't know, Josie is a sweetheart and our baby, but she just isn't very affectionate. It is rare that she will get in anyone's lap unless she's sick or hungry!

    Anyway, my husband was gone all last week on a business trip. I've always said she's a daddy's girl, but I never realized how much until he came home Friday!

    We were sitting in the floor and Josie decided to join her DaddyCat:


    Then she kept getting up and getting closer:


    Eventually she was in his lap!!!


    Later that night, she practically pushed me off of the couch so she could sit by him (seriously) . . . but Brodie butted in on their couch cuddle time and so I snapped some kitty cuddling pics

    Look at that tongue!!!


    Brodie in return with a few licks . . . I think he was half asleep


    Just too cute!


    And finally, proof that cats & leather are possible! Brodie loves sleeping in our new leather recliner!

    AWWWEE!! That is a precious batch of pictures, Christa!! Josie sure did miss her daddy and we have proof that she really is a closet snuggler

    And baby Brodie sleeping with his lil arms straight up - just like a typical skin baby - adorable!!

    Oh Josie sweetie, did you miss your daddy. Very cute pictures of both Josie and Brodie.

    Amazing how a second cat changes the first cat! We love Allen, but it wasn't until Pouncer did he ever come to us for nightly cuddles. Now he is so loving. Just you wait, she'll become a mush cat!

    Funny how another kitty in the house will make the resident kitty a bit more social and affectionate.

    BTW, I love that baby picture of Josie you posted on the cats and computers thread. What a doll!
