    Holiday Abys

Thought I'd post some pictures from a holiday gathering. Our friends are always amazed that Mango & Peaches (a.k.a. "the Abys") are always in the middle of everything and our grey & white Tabby Bubbles is invisible – actually she's under the pillows on the bed so long as other prople are there. Mango rummages around in every box or bag, Peaches samples any unattended wine glass, and they both mooch food and will play with anyone.

Mango inspecting a bag of gifts…

Peaches on clean-up duty. No need to wash dishes in this house. There’s never a molecule of food left on any plate or dish!

Mango with his new cat toy (a gift from a friend) It moves the toy radmonly and is motorized operated by a wireless remote control so you can move it around. It kept the Abys busy for more than an hour

Oh I so want that toy! If it keeps your aby's busy for an hour or more it is sure to keep my aby busy!

Ah the holiday season with abys - great isn't it

BTW: Our dishwasher has taken to washing myself and my partner after dinner too

Our friend got it from the Sharper Image. I have not seen it elsewhere:

Great Pictures! I'm sure mango and Peaches had a lot of fun investigating the pressies and licking the plates.

I love that toy - have been thinking of finding one for Fister. Must be some out there, as there are remote controlled cars for children. I only hope it's not too noisy, it would freak Fister out.

When you're driving it round it's as noisy as any battery operated car. While it is stopped the moving wand with the mouse on it makes almost no noise at all.

As weak as the dollar is agains euro-based currencies it would probably be a lot cheaper for you to order it from the USA and have it delivered. $24.95 = 142 kroner, plus shipping of course.

Mango in the GAP bag- yes that's something I know. Filou likes to check ladies' purses. He also eats anything that's considered human food but I am glad to say he's not into wine

I love that toy. Looks as if Mango and Peaches had a blast at the holidays

Here is Peaches with a glass of Chardonnay although she much prefers Gewurztraminer or Sauterne... and, yes, she DOES have a preference! She may be a lush but she's a discerning lush. Her vet says alcohol in moderation (hear that Peaches, "moderation") isn't bad for her. It’s that moderation part that she doesn’t get.

Barbara, Mango also investigates every purse that comes into the house. The bigger purses he climbs into and completely disappears from sight.

They are crazy little beasts but so social, affectionate and so insistant that you will pay attention to them. Also, I've never lnown an Aby to be angry or stand-offish when you been away for a vacation. When you return they are just so happy to see you!
